Daily reports XXL 2022
Acrylic on clear masking foil
4X5m
On the one hand, it is a simple record of daily activities. Handwritten notes in 3
horizontal fields: the activities more motivated by art, the activities more moti-
vated by everyday necessities and the activities motivated by both. It is a kind of
“art and everyday research”.
On the other hand, it is about handwritten drawings and graphic design.

Group exhibition curated by Pjet de Jonge, Lisbeth Bik and Jessy Koeiman

Puzzle series 2022
Wall installation with puzzle-like panels, paper rings in different shades of orange
and side panel resting on a shelf. The audience was asked to hang the rings on the
wall and write their names in there, in other words, to continue the work in this way.
A few days later, after the show, the photo of the finished work was sent to their
addresses.

Curated by 004-collective.net in collaboration with guest artist Frans van Lent

during ART ROTTERDAM WEEK 2022 at Open Studios Borgerstraat.

As an “exhibition” in book format, the publication
reflects the relationships between the artworks and
art practices of a group of artists presented in text and

by various authors and makes the field of interaction
visible and tangible.

Corona protocol ciphers M1 – 2020
Location: Museum1, Luzern-Adligenswil, Swit-
zerland

While passing through Switzerland, the Corona
Lockdown in April put me on the spot, mainly
with friends in the Italian-speaking part of Swit-
zerland and occasionally in Lucerne. The
Corona ciphers were created during these
weeks of isolation and this mode of being
thrown back on oneself, which we all experi-
enced ourselves. They record in a cipher-like
abbreviated
form the timeless sequence of days of the
week, the names of the places where he stay-
ed or the friends who hosted him, as well as
the activities and events of the day.

situational history:

The 100th issue of the 975 art magazine of
the artist and publisher Stehan Wittmer, who
values independence, was to become a major
event: 100 artists were invited to take a ten-pa-
ge magazine (printed with the photographic
motif of the moving sea surface and titled town
ho) as a starting point for their own work. The
title Town ho is based on the story of Mobby
Dick, a seafaring novel by the writer
Herman Melville.

I glued the magazine to be an object in which
angle measurement is important, and the de-
termination of the horizontal in case of strong
heeling etcetera etcetera.
